Account Suspension & Closure
Dewi11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or behaviour deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the dewi11 support team. Any valid account balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures, subject to identity verification and processing requirements.
